Military Respite Program

Caregiving support for military parents of children with disabilities

This program recruits, trains, and monitors independently-contracted care providers to offer temporary relief and support to active Navy families in Florida who have a family member with disabilities, special needs, or other challenges that require ongoing support and assistance.

The caregivers provide military parents with an opportunity to take a break from their caregiving responsibilities and recharge while knowing that their loved ones are well cared for.
