Greer’s/Goodwill Gulf Coast held 37th Golf Tournament on May 14

Goodwill Gulf Coast celebrated the 37th annual Greer’s/Goodwill Gulf Coast Golf Tournament on May 14, 2026, at Magnolia Grove Golf Course in Mobile. Sponsored by Greer’s Markets, the event brought together local business and community leaders for a day of golf while supporting Goodwill’s mission of service across the community.

Participants enjoyed a challenging round of golf, a Hole in One competition for the chance to win a new car, exciting raffle prizes, and delicious breakfast and lunch offerings. The tournament raised funds to support Goodwill Gulf Coast’s programs and services, including education, skills training, early childhood development, and employment opportunities for individuals and families across the Gulf Coast.

We also extend our thanks to all of the teams who participated, to Greer’s Markets for their incredible partnership over the past 37 years, and to the vendors who helped make the day special by providing food and drinks.

Congratulations to this year’s tournament winners. The first place team on the Falls Course included Justin Pace, Matt Bresnahan, Joe Paul Pennington, and Mondy Purves. The first place team on the Crossings Course included Lee Ballard, Denise Terry, Sam Abby, and Russ Smith.
